Are we lazy ??

I was thinking about something recently, with the advent of camera phones, are we getting lazy nowadays ? I wonder ? At meetings it's becoming common place that instead of writing down what was on the board, it seems it's easier to just use your camera phone, take a shot of it and later use that to do your follow up on. I think I'm becoming one of the lazy ones ha ha ... instead of normally writing something down that I come across, it seems it's just easier to just snap a pic of it with my camera phone. I guess if I was in school now, it would be probably easier to just video record the lecture and play it back at a leisurely pace.
