How Time Flies

Wasn't it hot last night ? For some reason I could not get to sleep, was tossing and turning in bed. Finally decided to watch some TV but that did not help. Instead I went to play on my XBox, I know that's bad as it keeps the adrenaline going but just felt restless. In the end took up a book to read and even then I knocked off around 4am. I was up at 6.30am today as usual. In the afternoon was really feeling the effects of the late night. Had to take a quick nap. Just glad that the day is over and the weekend is here. Well it's come to the final week of my stay at the current company, will be moving on in a week's time. I've been treated to a couple of farewell lunches from colleagues and friends this week, it's all so dejavu to me. A couple more are planned next week. Although I have not been there long I still feel sad that I am leaving. I guess I have always been the type that really gets into their work and I do take pride in what I do, be it simple stuff or more difficult stuff. Since it was a Friday today, got some time to pack up a few of my things. Of course my Mr Potato Head figures (see my profile picture) will be the last to be packed. They were the first to arrive and will be the last to go.
