Team Building

Had a Team Building session with my users today. It really was great fun and the trainer was excellent. It was fairly short just a day but managed to squeeze in 4 different sessions/games. Had that puzzle game where the pieces are all over the place, profiling yourself, giving feedback and finally making the impossible possible. A really fun filled day but all work was kept aside for the day - given strict instructions from the boss no laptops/phone calls allowed ! Now it's time to clear all the day's backlog ......
